Rape has become a serious problem which threatens Taiwanese women since the prisoners are allowed to be either released or paroled shortly after they are arrested. Perhaps it is hard to keep all the rapists in prison, but it is definitely necessary to confine those highly risky rapists, who are the so called SVP (Sexually Violent Predator) because it is almost impossible for them to stop attacking women. In consequence, the authorities concerned need to keep a cautious attitude toward this kind of rapists and try to amend loopholes in our law since careless discharge not only endangers the public but the criminal himself.

Claire's suggestions:
1. you can provide some examples,providences, or theories to prove that ex-convicts posess highly potential to make the same crime again and again.
2. if there any ways to test the ex-convicts has become normal or not after curing.
3. you can also find some refutations, such as the opinions from the rapist's family, maybe they will have different poin of views.
